Refund Policy
To request a refund, please go to the “Contact Us” section and select Order Cancellation and Refund as the subject of your message.
Send us the order number by email and include your IBAN (Sheba) number along with the full name of the account holder in the message body.
The refund will be transferred to the customer’s account within a maximum of 24 business hours.

Delivery Time
The delivery time for orders is between 3 to 7 business days.
Return and Service Cancellation Process
Do not send any products back without prior coordination with our after-sales service team.
The product must be securely packaged in its original box or carton.
Before sending, please take photos of the product and its packaging from 3 different angles with a white background and keep them for verification if needed.
If the product is being returned due to defect or mismatch via post or Tipax, the sender must fill out the insurance request form.
In case of order cancellation within the 7-day testing period, it is strongly recommended to send the product insured. The acceptance criterion is the receipt of the product in perfect condition by the courier.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the postal receipt is provided. Please staple the receipt to the invoice and include it with the package.
Do not write the return address on the original product box. If necessary, place the product box inside another carton before shipping.

After receiving the product, our after-sales service experts will review and provide their feedback within one week. If a refund is approved, the amount will be transferred to the customer’s account within 48 business hours.

If confirmed, the product will be replaced (subject to stock availability).
If the product is not in stock, the customer may choose:
To receive a replacement product (with price difference adjustment).
To receive a refund of the original amount paid.
Please note: Out-of-stock items or price changes do not entitle the customer to any claim. The company’s only obligation is to refund the amount stated on the invoice.
